Machines for the extraction of the hose from the rigid mandrel

This machine, which can be installed on the same longitudinal structure of the unwrapping line above described to optimize the spaces, is made up principally of:

• N. 1 set of pneumatic manipulators for the pick-up of the hoses from the unwrapping line and put in the store, waiting for the extraction.
• Unwrapped hoses storage featuring an inclined plane with pneumatic separator in order to allow the movement of the hoses one by one.
• Mandrel storage featuring an inclined plane where the mandrels are parked by the manipulators after the extraction.
• N. 1 set of motorized manipulators picking up the hose from the hoses storage and placing it on the extraction axis. The same manipulators pick up the mandrel after the extraction of the hoses and park it in parked storage.
• Metal structure complete with guides for pushing carts and supports for the motorized haul-off.
• N. 1 pushing carts complete with steel wheels running on rollers bearings, driven by AC motor via frequency converter to adjust the extraction speed between 0 and 30 mt./1’, max pulling force N. 9.000. The pushing cart is provided with the support for the calibrated flange, utilized also to feed sliding solution and compressed air.
• N. 1 set of motorized haul-off installed on self closing and opening system moving up and down on a vertical guide to allow the travel of the calibrated flange without the banding of the mandrel.
